• Led the build of a finance AI agent with RBC's Data & AI team, which grew into a full vendor and tool intake pipeline for DevOps
• Turned years of scattered SharePoint files into one clean source of financial data for the agent to work from
• Designed the financial decision engine behind it: cost allocation, savings analysis and multi-year investment evaluation, all automated

Round two for a stalled analytics rollout

• Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence got a first try in late 2025, then fizzled when one team wasn't sold
• This time we did it properly: I went through our data team by team to find where better reporting would actually help
• Built a library of 25+ financial dashboards and templates in Oracle Analytics Cloud, from accounts payable (AP) aging to open invoices and procurement spend
• Worked in the platform's semantic model, the business layer that turns raw finance-system data into reporting-ready views, so every team's dashboards run on the same definitions
• Demoed them to senior leaders across 5 finance teams: Financial Reporting & Analysis, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Investment Accounting and Sustainability

Month-end close, on autopilot

• Close has a lot of moving parts, and one task run out of order holds everything else up
• Built an automated close workflow in Oracle Task Manager that triggers every activity in the right sequence
• Nothing starts until its dependencies are done, so steps can't get skipped
• Everyone sees what's done, what's running and what's stuck, in real time

A ticket pipeline that briefs every director on its own

• Built an event-driven Power Automate pipeline that runs the moment the weekly ServiceNow exports for incidents, service requests and enhancements arrive
• Parses every ticket and resolves each requester's reporting line through Microsoft 365 user lookups to route tickets to the right director
• Generates one tailored digest per director covering open tickets and everything closed in the last 30 days, so leadership sees progress, not just backlog
• A second flow pulls the monthly and quarterly service-level (SLA) reports on schedule and builds executive dashboards in Excel
